Peter Okoye, one half of the defunct music duo P-Square, has denied any involvement in his elder brother Jude Okoye’s ongoing legal battle over an alleged ₦1.38 billion fraud case. His response follows allegations made by his twin brother, Paul Okoye, who accused him of trying to have Jude jailed.

“I don’t think Peter has any comments on this issue because the case is based on the EFCC investigation and Jude Okoye. I don’t see what Peter Okoye has to do with it,” Kush said.
He further explained that Peter’s petition was not against Jude personally but rather against a company that had been receiving funds on his behalf. He urged the public not to mix up the facts or create unnecessary controversy.
“Peter’s petition was only against the company that has been receiving funds on his behalf. So, don’t mix up issues or create issues where they are not,” Kush added.
According to him, the EFCC was responsible for the investigation and legal actions, and only the anti-graft agency could provide a full account of the matter.
“The EFCC was the one that received all of this, so it’s best to speak to them to know their findings,” Kush concluded.
