Zambian Ambassador Receives Pan-African Delegation

A delegation from the KRIF Foundation paid a courtesy call on the Zambian High Commission following the conclusion of the Pan-African Regal Influence Summit 2026. The delegation was led by Reverend Kennedy Okosun and comprised Mr Rajaab Musa, Mr Victor Satuh and Media Specialist Mr Sylvester Addah Bapajie.

During the visit, Rev Okosun formally presented the official Summit Report together with the draft communiqué adopted at the end of the three-day gathering. The documents outlined key discussions, policy considerations and cooperative directions agreed upon by participating stakeholders across the African continent.

In recognition of Zambia’s support and participation in the summit, the delegation presented a citation to the People and Government of the Republic of Zambia. The honour was received on behalf of the country by Zambia’s High Commissioner to the Republic of Ghana, Daniel Mahongo.

Rev Okosun also highlighted key achievements of the summit, including the high level of participation, strategic engagements and positive feedback from participating countries. He further disclosed that the next edition of the Pan-African Regal Influence Summit will not be held in Ghana, noting that a partner country has formally expressed interest in hosting the 2027 edition.

Responding to the update, High Commissioner Mahongo welcomed the development and described it as a sign of the summit’s growing continental relevance. He referenced the recent visit of Ghana’s President, John Dramani Mahama, to Zambia, stating that the Pan-African Regal Influence Summit has come at a time when Ghana and Zambia are strengthening bilateral relations.

The High Commissioner expressed satisfaction with the prospect of the summit expanding beyond Ghana and assured the Secretariat of his continued support and willingness to collaborate in future engagements.

The visit forms part of ongoing post-summit diplomatic engagements aimed at strengthening institutional and continental partnerships established during the Pan-African Regal Influence Summit 2026.
