London, UK – November 2025:
The Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo (GPLE) has successfully concluded its most impactful London edition to date—while delivering its biggest announcement yet. After years of rapid international growth, founders Anna and Victoria Agyekum have confirmed that the Expo will debut a brand-new Dubai edition in Spring 2026, expanding its global footprint beyond Washington DC, London, and Accra.
This year’s London Expo recorded its highest attendance since inception. Participants flocked to engage with credible property developers, financial advisors, and legal experts, creating a dynamic atmosphere centred on education, transparency, and safe investment. Visitors also benefited from a robust programme of panel discussions and presentations designed to guide them through every stage of the Ghanaian property investment journey.
One of the highlights was a comprehensive legal panel that addressed investor protection, safe land acquisition, due diligence, and how to avoid common real estate pitfalls. Additional sessions explored core investment principles, selecting vetted developments, property management strategies, wealth creation, mortgages, diaspora financing channels, and long-term estate planning. These sessions provided attendees with well-rounded knowledge to make informed and confident investment decisions.
Developers from across Ghana—especially those with major residential and commercial portfolios in Accra and Kumasi—offered firsthand insights into construction trends, architectural planning, and solutions tailored for modern diaspora investors. A particularly compelling session was led by Danny Angels, CEO of lead sponsor Royal Kingdom Estate, who spoke strongly on credibility, transparency, and industry-wide sustainability. The exhibitors’ floor was vibrant throughout the weekend, with companies such as Goldkey Properties, Clifton Homes, and Jacob West engaging investors with verified opportunities.
One of the most anticipated moments was the appearance of GPLE Brand Ambassador AJ Akua Johnson, who shared her remarkable journey toward building a property portfolio and becoming a Ghanaian citizen. Her message of empowerment, identity, and purpose deeply resonated with attendees and reflected the Expo’s mission of strengthening Ghana–diaspora connections.
The event also welcomed Her Excellency Mrs. Sabah Zita Benson, Ghana’s new High Commissioner to the UK, who delivered a powerful keynote address. She praised the Agyekum sisters for “building an extraordinary global platform that continues to strengthen the bond between Ghana and its diaspora through education, trust, and opportunity.” The presence of the newly crowned Miss Ghana UK added a youthful and inspiring dimension to the occasion.
TV personality Ama K. Abebrese and media professional Kweku Owusu Frimpong served as exceptional hosts throughout the weekend. Their moderation ensured smooth transitions, insightful discussions, and lively audience engagement.
As the Expo concluded, founders Anna and Victoria unveiled their landmark announcement: the launch of GPLE Dubai in Spring 2026. Anna highlighted that the expansion is in line with the Expo’s commitment to reaching diaspora communities worldwide, while Victoria noted that Dubai’s global connectivity and thriving African community make it the perfect destination for GPLE’s next phase.
Following the success of the Washington and London editions, the 2025 series will close with the Accra edition scheduled for December 16–17, before ushering in a transformative new year marked by the highly anticipated Dubai debut.

Founded by sisters Anna and Victoria Agyekum, the Ghana Property & Lifestyle Expo remains a trusted global platform dedicated to empowering the diaspora and international investors to invest safely in Ghana.
