Afro-Arab Properties has introduced a range of affordable container homes for individuals and families looking for more accessible options to own a home.
The company is offering 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom, 3-bedroom and 4-bedroom container homes, with prices starting from GH₵75,000.
According to the company, prospective homeowners have different payment options to choose from. Customers who are able to make full payment can take ownership of their homes after completing payment.
Customers who make a 50 per cent down payment can pay the remaining balance over a period of 24 months without interest.
There is also an option for customers who may not be able to make the 50 per cent down payment at once. They can make payments gradually until they reach the required 50 per cent, after which the house will be delivered.
The remaining balance can then be paid over 24 months without interest.
The company further says some customers may qualify for an EV car package as part of their home purchase.
Ambassador Alhaji Salamu Amadu, President and Founder of Afro-Arab Properties, said the initiative forms part of the company’s efforts to make homeownership more accessible through flexible payment arrangements.
The initiative is being promoted under the message: “Everyone Can Buy a House.”
