The Public Services Commission has rescheduled the 13th Annual Conference of Chairpersons of Governing Boards and Councils, Chief Directors and Chief Executives of the Public Services of Ghana to December 14–17, 2026.
The conference, which was initially scheduled for October 20–23, 2026, at the Western Serene Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi, Western Region, will now be held at the Eastern Premier Hotel in Koforidua, Eastern Region.
President John Dramani Mahama is expected to officially open the conference on Tuesday, December 15, 2026, and deliver the keynote address.
In a press release dated October 15, 2026, the Commission informed invited participants and stakeholders of the revised arrangements, urging them to take note of the new dates and venue and make the necessary preparations to attend.
The Commission expressed regret over any inconvenience the changes may cause and thanked all concerned for their understanding and cooperation.
The annual conference brings together key leadership figures across Ghana’s public service, including chairpersons of governing boards and councils, chief directors and chief executives.

PUBLIC SERVICES COMMISSION ANNOUNCES NEW DATE AND VENUE FOR THE 13TH ANNUAL CONFERENCE
Accra, Ghana | October 15, 2026 – The Public Services Commission informs all invited participants and stakeholders that the 13th Annual Conference of Chairpersons of Governing Boards/Councils, Chief Directors, and Chief Executives of the Public Services of Ghana has been rescheduled.
The revised arrangements for the Conference are as follows:
New Dates: Monday, 14th – Thursday, 17th December 2026
New Venue: Eastern Premier Hotel, Koforidua, Eastern Region
His Excellency John Dramani Mahama, President of the Republic of Ghana, will officially open the Conference on Tuesday, 15th December 2026, and is expected to deliver the keynote address.
The Conference was originally scheduled to take place from 20th to 23rd October 2026 at the Western Serene Atlantic Hotel in Takoradi, Western Region.
All invited participants are kindly requested to take note of the revised dates and venue and make the necessary arrangements to participate.
