Program Title: Gold Land Unit Private Placement Program
Currency Instrument: GLU Note (Gold Land Unit)
Backed By: Royal Gold Reserves and Ancestral Land Holdings (Ghana, Benin, and Maharlika Exchange Zones)

Program Type: Sovereign Asset-Based High-Yield Investment Program (HYIP)
II. PARTICIPATION STRUCTURE

Verification: QR-authenticated certificates & NFT ledger inclusion
Collateralization: Hard gold deposits (certified), traditional land deeds (under Abola Piam Royal Seal), oil & carbon contract positions
IV. Investor capital will be deployed across the following sectors:
- African Infrastructure Projects (housing, solar, logistics)
- GLU Global Exchange Framework (DEX listings, regulatory compliance)
- Carbon Credit Trading Desk
- Petroleum Trade Finance Partnerships (incl. Vanguard Oil Program)
- Sovereign Currency Barter Systems (e.g., Maharlika G-Zion)
V. COMPLIANCE & LEGAL
This offering operates under customary sovereign exemption recognized by the Royal Councils.
International treaties and indigenous commercial law apply under Common Law Trust protection.
KYC/AML protocols required for entry.
Non-SEC offering under Regulation D – Rule 506(b) equivalent in sovereign trust jurisdiction.
Jurisdiction: Ghana (Royal Trust), Benin Republic (Temple State), Philippines (Treaty Partner), United States (for notarization and trustee execution).

Step 3: Transfer assets to Royal Custodial Wallet / Trust Account
Step 4: Begin 90-day placement cycle upon confirmation
